:: CONDITIONS ::
- To book we require 50% deposit payable at the time of
booking (either by cheque or bank transfer). Balance payable by the
first day of the month you have booked.
- A $1,000 (fully refundable) deposit is required for the
property.
- We require a standard Booking Fee of $50
- Cancellations made 1-month prior to booking will
result in a 75% refund. 2-weeks prior to booking will result in a 50%
refund. Less that 2-weeks - no refund unless house is re-let (less administration
fees).
- All rates quoted are per week and inclusive of
GST.
- Strictly no pets.
